Beach ceremonies at Punta Uva · book the whole estate · up to 32 guests

Weddings & Honeymoons

A white-sand ceremony on the Caribbean, with the whole place to yourselves. Tree House Lodge books out as a single 10-acre estate for weddings — seven hand-built houses sleeping up to 32 guests across the party, 300 metres of Punta Uva beachfront with direct private access for the vows, and a botanical garden in between for everything else. Edsart handles the logistics, Pamela the wellness, and our partner network covers photography, flowers, catering, and officiants. Honeymoon-only packages are available for couples staying in the Beach House.

The ceremony — 300 metres of your own beach

Punta Uva is the beach people picture when they picture a Caribbean wedding: pale sand, leaning coconut palms, the sea in every shade of green and blue. The lodge's 300-metre stretch of it is private — shared only by the seven houses on the estate — so your ceremony isn't staged around strangers' beach towels. Say your vows on the open sand or under the beach almonds at the treeline, with the surf as the soundtrack.

The aisle can be the garden path itself: a barefoot walk from your house, through the palms, out onto the beach. Late afternoon — when the light turns gold and the heat softens — is the hour to aim for.

Receptions — take over the whole estate

For the reception, the estate is yours to shape: dinner on the sand, a long table under the palms, music in the gardens. Because the seven houses sleep up to 32 guests between them, a whole-estate booking turns the wedding into a weekend — your people stay where the ceremony happens, and nobody is calling a taxi at midnight.

Catering, bar, and an officiant come together through our local partner network, sized to your guest list. Packages are tailored rather than fixed, so treat any package or price you find elsewhere online as historical — write to stay@treehouselodge.com for current options and dates.

Planning help from people who live here

You don't have to hire a planner sight-unseen from abroad. The owners live on the property — Edsart runs the logistics, Pamela looks after the wellness side — and the lodge has been hosting weddings on this beach for years. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll make sure every detail is taken care of, so the day itself is worry-free. What we can arrange:

  • Photography — partner photographers who know this beach and its light
  • Flowers — bouquets and arrangements through our partner florists
  • Catering and bar service, sized to your guest list
  • An officiant for the ceremony
  • Accommodation across the seven houses — up to 32 of your guests sleep on-site

Honeymoons — stay on after the vows

Your honeymoon is the first trip of the marriage, and the last thing it should involve is logistics. Give us your dates and we'll take care of the details, so the only decisions left are hammock or beach — and which story from the wedding to retell over dinner.

Couples book the Beach House more than any other house on the estate: king bed upstairs, screened rattan walls that let the sea breeze through, a flame-heated hot tub on its own gated section of garden, and the beach an 80-metre walk through the palms. Honeymoon-only packages are available for Beach House stays — ask when you book. Prefer to wake under a hand-laid mosaic? The Beach Suite's Gaudí-style bathroom and covered rooftop terrace make a fine case too.

Mention the honeymoon at booking and we'll have flowers on the bed and a chilled bottle waiting when you arrive, and we can set a private dinner for two on the veranda for one of your evenings.
