The Tree House Lodge estate has its own beach frontage — roughly 300 metres of Caribbean shoreline with direct, private access from the estate. No road, no crowds; in practice it's shared only by the seven houses, a short barefoot walk through the gardens from any of them. Calm shallows on most mornings (the Aqua Gym runs from here on glassy days — and ask reception to point you to the day's best swimming entry), with surf-friendly breaks within walking distance for the more adventurous.
